My experience was good. If we request they also give extra blanket, pillow. Rooms have AC and food was literally good.
I've been to Vrindawan for 3 days and this Dharamshala is near prem mandir. Staff was very unprofessional. Rooms were dirty. AC was not working properly. Their water coolers are not even working. Staff is very unprofessional. Bedsheets were so unhygienic and pillow covers were dirty. We asked the staff to change them even after changing they were smelly like anything. Their charger socket is also not working. The boy who sits on counter is very unprofessional and rude. They don't value their customer. Also room geyser was also not working. It was my worst experience with this Dharamshala.

Ac rooms 700 and non ac 500 . They have nice hall for food. Rooms are okay but during our visit one of the AC didn't work and another room AC was roo strong rest is okay . Parking is outside the guest house I suppose they have a watchman .
