Nursing staff is very excellent at their work. Very much polite. Doctor wears always smile on face and very good at explaining things.

Third class receptionist. I have an appointment for ENT specialist at 9 AM. She didn't informed that doctor is not available in morning and when I reach there she argues I call you. I saw my mobile details. When she checked and found that she didn't call me started to argue again that doctor just called me. Trying to cover up the issue. At least the patients get informed first unnecessary arguments not required.

Very bad behaviour of the doctors as well as of the staff they were very rude and charged us too much money too. I suggest no one to get treatment from this hospital. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Overall superb & excellent experience. On duty doctor, nursing staff and HK staff are excellent. Thanks to nursing staff for excellent care and for their dedication. All facilities are very good. I have been never seen such dedicated and disciplined staff. I recommend this hospital for minor to major medical emergency or OPD consultation. Pathetic behaviour by nurse and housekeeping staff, since we had an accident and went there while the staff continuously asked us to move from every location. Literally there was no space for visitors to sit and wait. Pathetic behaviour. Even after all cleaning near to the emergency civil work was being done in an open manner

Pathetic service, the staff has no knowledge of protocol can't answer or dictate proper guidance to patients. The lady at reception has no idea about paperwork and does not listen to clients. I wonder how they got NABH approved, the ENT room where audiometry is to be done, the room is not even sound proof and has a noisy atmosphere. What's the point of test then? If you are old-aged, do not get your tests done here, multiple doctors are not available at same time, so you would have to travel back and forth uselessly for review of each report.

My Daughter was admitted in Shukan hospital for treatment of Tiphoid. At time of admission she was suffered by high fever and cold. Dr. Bhupendra Kapadia (Sir) given proper medical treatment on Tiphoid. She recovered well from Tiphoid within week. So it was good experienced of medical treatment in Shukan hospital. On duty Dr. and Nursing staff of shakun hospital is very calm, energetic and pro active. Provide proper medical services round the clock. Team Shukan Hospital, All the best for new challenges and keep providing such great medical services too all.

I had my ligament and meniscus surgery done by doctor ketas Mahajan. Surgery was done successfully. Nature of doctors and nursing staff and physiotherapists was great. They were really supportive and friendly. Rooms were nice and clean, food was also good compared to other hospitals. Would totally recommend others this hospital
