I have waited almost 3 hrs to visit Dr. Saptarshi Banerjee. Still he has not turned up. He is busy with his other works where patients are waiting for hours. Extremely unprofessional behavior from staffs and his body guards. Instead of apologize they are threatening me as I have raised my voice. I have paid the fees, still no service received and waiting for 3 hrs to visit the Dr. Extremely poor service and behavior. I came here by seeing the rating in Google. Seems its all are fake and written by his paid members. Will not recommend anyone further.
A very good place to treat eye problems. A place where people from all sectors can receive honest consultation and treatment. The doctor, Saptarshi Banerjee is a very good down to earth doctor with vast experience and kind heart to treat patients with compassion. The best reason I should refer this place because the hospital is in a place where good treatment for eyes is not available and can cater a large segment of population who has to come all the way to Kolkata for the treatment. Moreover patients with poor financial background are treated with great compassion. It's a great philanthropic organisation and we all want a great success of the organisation and the people behind this project.
Dr. Saptarshi Banerjee is very good. His response is prompt to the patient and the diagnosis is superbly accurate. It is like God's blessing to get a doctor like him for our precious eyes.

Dr. Saptarshi is the amazing doctor and a most humble person i have ever met. During Diwali, the burning matchstick flew into my eye accidentally, and Dr. Sir, immediately helped me by giving the best recommendation on Whatspp itself, that too without a micro minor delay. Due to his help the burning spot inside my eye, went away within 24 hours and my eye was saved. He came like a God to save my eye . Thanks a lot Dr. Saptarshi.
Excellent and caring doctor. I was suffering with a complex eye problem. Tried in different renowned eye hospitals but was not getting cured. Finally got thorough and correct treatment from Dr. Saptarshi Banerjee and he cured my eye problem.
Dr. Banerjee is very good. His behaviour with the patients is very cordial. He has done the phaco surgery of my mother.She is now completely well.
Please don't buy spectacle from here... They have only bad quality misaligned frames with limited stock meanwhile they will charge you as much as a branded frame costs. And for your kind information their head office will not receive your call, will not assist you to fix your problem. Even they don't have any exchange or refund policy... Worst experience... If u have a budget range of 2k(frame+lens) and onwards then i will recommend you not to buy from here... You can go for Titan, himalaya, ben franklin etc.
