When I called second time to the receptionist the call is disconnected. It would be better to have a person who is willing to serve at all the time. It's healthcare, if people are not like what they do it is terrible for the publics. I request management to pls fix this.
Very worst experience in management Girish doctor is owsam
Worst money minded. First said for operation package cost 80000/- then finally made bill for 90,000/-....even after saying all this to manager and Dr.Girish, also said we are also from same profession they reduced only small perks. No ethics. Hygienic wise very poor..... Cost wise they are devils for money.....no discount in their medicals also....Every medical now giving 10-20% discount. These people in medicals not giving single rupee discount for all medicines from unbranded firms.

Firstly the receptionist has too much attitude and doesn't understand the patient needs. One of the worst experience and always there is a male guy sitting next to receptionist and talking to us rude. It's advised to meet doctors in their respective clinic. The male receptionist doesnt allow other people to use lift and he says it will consume more electricity if we use. Highly not recommended.
However might be the management, Dr Girish tremendous knowledge on his domain remains unparalleled. He is one of the best doctors I have ever visited. We need these kind of doctors for a better social service.
Receptionist here are so pathetic and don't keep up time they give appointment and they ask us to wait for hours....worst service ever
