The service is very bad and the staff and top mgt are happy to harass and torture senior citizens by their rude behavior. the maintainence of the room and elevator is beyond poor and it is best for the mgt to shut the hotel before a legal complainant is launched for cheating the customers Extremely cruel and bad experience. Pl be careful to boycott this place
Visited this hotel, Poor service and the quality of snacks is also not good.
From the moment I arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome and introduced to several staff within the hotel. From then onwards the experience of my trip just got better and better. The all inclusive food was amazing and they provided me with an extensive choice of food and beverages. Further to this the hotel is luxurious. Day or night there is always good service assured to do. The service and hospitality we received definitely make it a 4 star hotel. Would thoroughly recommend this to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in lucknow.
Filthiest place ever to be at... they will take your wedding bookings and ensure that your guests are disgusted and insulted.. rooms are not clean you won't ever get hot water.. your complaints wont be heard as Manager Durgesh has to do with only money.. he doesn't know how to talk.. ill mannered and rude.. experience at Shubkamna was pathetic gonna tell all my friends about that. Definitely not recommended.
We booked this property through OYO (my friend booked it). Hotel staff is good however the property is not in a good condition. Bed is not clean and comfortable, they manage hot water centrally so you have to call them to switch on the geyser. I didn't try any food so can't comment it, but the overall experience of stay was not good if I compare with my other OYO stay. The hotel provided us parking space on road only and there is none inside hotel. For one night stay, you may have it but beyond that it would be a torture.
Cooperative staff. No WiFi coverage. Same place as Chaska Resturent. Can order food within minutes.
Worst hotel ever.. Room booked online and got confirmation over mail and call..still denying any such booking and harassing us..and kept is standing the entire night. No refund no cancellation plus even after forwarding mail twice he is denying not to receive any such mail. So beware first booking this hotel, you may have to bilwildered all night
It's a Banquet/Marriage hall suitable for small gathering only. There is no parking facility and layout is poor with less movement space, ceiling height is below standard. Maintenance is poor, location is good on main road.
