Shubhim Resort - Resort hotel in Gwalior, Bamor - Morena, India

They are fraud Just read my full review you will understand:- 1. Despite being a member and trying to book a villa room through the hotel's membership plan, I was denied availability. However, upon checking as a regular customer, rooms were suddenly available. This inconsistency in treatment is disappointing and raises questions about the benefits of being a member." 2. "The hotel's membership plan failed to deliver its promised benefits. As a member, I expected priority booking and access to amenities like villa rooms. Unfortunately, my request was denied, yet these rooms were offered to non-members. It undermines the value of their membership program." 3. When I approached the management regarding the issue, I received no resolution or acknowledgment of the discrepancy. Their dismissive attitude towards a member's concern showcases a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction." 4. When we purchased there membership they assured us that spa and salon facilities will be available from may it also written on given coupons but till the date no facilities are offered such a fraud. Please dont do that type of frauds when you are in service industry like that where people are trusting on you and if this review reaches you as owner take some strict actions

The first allocated room had a faulty shower, when we complained they made us wait for 30min, and then changed the room wasting our time. Rooms are okay, but too much money minded. We had a furry baby with us, and a cooker with rice. All we asked was to cook it, they want 100rs for 3 whistle . When I checked their price list, just a bowl of curd costs 99rs. I didn't't like anything except the rooms were clean. So my overall experience is mostly bad here EDIT : to reply to response. Boss, what you mean by we were uncomfortable? I clearly written a faulty shower. and about 30-40min to clean up other room - initially you sent a electrician to repair a shower, electrician checked and left saying he will send plumber. and plumber never showed up. I had to call your desk twice. All this is recorded either in CCTV or your log book. Please check that, and read and understand my comments first. then reply. thanks

Very bad experience...one of the worst place to stay..we were 4 family stayed here enroute to Jhansi..no water in washroom, stinking rooms. Extra bed provided was just a sheet of foam that too very dirty. No centralized ac, washroom don't have exhaust. This was the condition of a deluxe room.

Very good experience staying here, the staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to fulfil your wishes. Very big pool and the best of it all is it is a pet friendly place, so just have fun here with your pets too.

I had stayed at room 101 at GF. Room was ok, clean. Towel was clean and fresh. Toiletries are required to be improved. Hotel location was very good. It is on main Highway. Restaurant is also big enough with lot of options like indian Chinese continental. Overall property is big enough with good lawn . For one day night stay it is good option..

Excellent location as it's in the middle of the highway and for families,you wouldn't get a safe and better option than this . We stopped for a tea break and spent almost 30-40 Minutes .Use 1 Floor washrooms ,Instead of the outer one as they are publicly available so they don't even maintain much. Overall 4/5

Had a pool party here and good service as well as good atmosphere has been felt so far. Area wise outside city skirts well placed and designed as historical yet mordern ambience has been felt. Special concern was availability for electrical vehicle to make elders and needy travel one point to another.

3 stars are only for the room. Rooms are really amazing but they don't have WIFI in their rooms and they didn't recharge the DTH in my room. I called them several times and even went to the reception 2 times but still they didn't recharge it. I will upload the photo for the same. Their is no exhaust fan in the washroom.
