Shubham restaurant is run by Mr. Rajesh Sharma who is a popular face in Nagda due to his past association (19 years) at hotel Basant Palace. He has been running Shubham restaurant in ITC Choupal Sagar since 2012.
He suggested Mix veg in gravy, phulka Chappathis and salted butter milk. The food preparation was delicious. However, there wasn't any water in wash basins and the lavatory stunk due to non-availability of water in urinals. It was also clogged.
A five star rating requires:
1. hygienically dressed and well-groomed serving staff,
2. working wash-basins (these ones neither dispensed water nor were clean)
3. working water dispenser
4. clean kitchen area.
Good restaurants but washroom are very dirty.
Best Service and good taste and not so expensive and it also accept all credit and debit card...

Felt like a family restaurant and the food did not disappoint. Environment a little sterile but it is a big place. Staff friendly and attentive. Somewhat of a hidden gem. If you are a visitor to Nagda find this place .. it is worth your efforts.
