Shubham restaurant is run by Mr. Rajesh Sharma who is a popular face in Nagda due to his past association (19 years) at hotel Basant Palace. He has been running Shubham restaurant in ITC Choupal Sagar since 2012. He suggested Mix veg in gravy, phulka Chappathis and salted butter milk. The food preparation was delicious. However, there wasn't any water in wash basins and the lavatory stunk due to non-availability of water in urinals. It was also clogged. A five star rating requires: 1. hygienically dressed and well-groomed serving staff, 2. working wash-basins (these ones neither dispensed water nor were clean) 3. working water dispenser 4. clean kitchen area.

Good please to have a tasty and clean meal near highway. Gravy and dal makhni were really good. Served with nice buttery paratha.. Tea served in kulhad is cherry on top.
Felt like a family restaurant and the food did not disappoint. Environment a little sterile but it is a big place. Staff friendly and attentive. Somewhat of a hidden gem. If you are a visitor to Nagda find this place .. it is worth your efforts.
