We were visited during mid of NOV 22, the experience of staying here is really awesome, Mr. Swapnil has helped us with early checked in at around 7 am. Good hospitality & services. Food quality is very good . The very differentiation factor is it's not feeling of staying at hotel, since because of row house concepts it gives you the experience like staying at villas.
This was our first visit here and the stay, hospitality, service, rooms everything was extremely good. The food was extraordinarily delicious and made with so much love and care that our hearts desired more and more. The bathrooms were well kept, clean and the rooms were equally clean and cozy. I have already recommended this hotel to all friends and family for their future stay. I will definitely keep coming here whenever i visit Solapur. The stay was very good. The rooms are very neat and spacious. The interiors caught our eye immediately after entering. The restaurant serves some very good vegetarian food. One thing that can be improved is the breakfast menu . That's the reason for 4 star instead of 5.
I stayed in Shubham Residences for two days during earlier 2022. The owner/partner Swapnil is such a great person! Very nice rooms, spacious and mixed with remarkable hospitality. They offered complimentary breakfast on the first day. And the attached Swadisht restaurant was very nice with affordable and delicious food options. The place very vibrant in the evenings and very calm and peaceful during the day thus providing best of the both worlds. Thanks to Swapnil again and wishing him all the best.
It was really nice. These post independence bungalows converted into a Resort offers a perfect mix of old time and modern requirements. The staff is extremely helpful and above that, "connecting". I haven't ever had any experience where in we got a message from staff to check if we have reached safely back to our home destination.. kudos... Above all, do try the DELHI CHAT... it's just too good and close to authentic Delhi chat... Must try ..
Shubham Residency's is one of the best examples of hospitality I've came across. I stayed here with my family for 5 days during my wedding planned in nearby town. The facilities and cleanliness here are outstanding and very well maintained. Special mention has to be given to Mr. Swapnil, who helped us during our stay just like a family member. He truly is a gem of a person driving his entire team to deliver best customer experience and satisfaction. I really appreciate the entire team and support staff for serving us there for 5 days.
