Worst hospital in Gwalior. There are rats running in ICU and Medical store. Hospital staff can be seen smoking inside the hospital medical store with no guilt. Staff behaviour towards patients and attenders is very rude. The room charges are low as compared to other hospitals but they add a lot of other additional charges to the final bill and when you ask for a proper bill, they make silly excuses like the printer is not working/ typist is not available. Not recommended at all!
Hospital not well equipped, it is opened in very narrow area like a house , no lift facility, hospital is unhygienic. Their motto is to loot people by admitting them extra days by hook or crook, everything from medical to lab is planned where you need to go. Hospital management person Anand Singh parmar is too rude to behave with patients. Not recommend to anyone as I have suffered a lot..one more thing they won't accept payment digitally.. their no option to give zero rating otherwise I might have given so. Reject this hospital staright away you will not regret. Also it is hospital staff below who has provided 5 star rating to this hospital.
