Nice area where students can sit, study and chat or walk around at free time for relaxation. Spring time turns this area into beautiful garden with new blossoming flowers and various shrubs.
It's a good place to be. A lot of different plants and trees to look at, and a good lawn like ground to lay down and get a little Sun or just lay under some shade for a little nap. Visit only if you're a student or faculty of SHUATS as it can be considered trespassing and not pleasant to others. In the terms of university it is surrounded by the departments of Agronomy, Plant pathology, horticulture, agriculture economics, agricultural extension, chemistry, forensics, biology and university library.
Have very fond memories of this college where I have visited when I was a student at MNREC Allahabad or Prayagraj as it is rechristened now. Green campus which lives up to its name as the erstwhile Agriculture college. Wonderful and committed professors with great ideas but very slow in making purchase decisions for improving their lab facilities.
