This is a worthless company for any candidate who go for interview. They just make you to sit the whole day in the name of interview. And the salary package is very less fresher i.e., 9500 for fresher & for experienced 11500 to 12500 only. Mostly they prefer experienced candidates. And for fresher they say leave for the day and we will call you. Friend Don't waste your time.

it is a call center and customers speaking lot of bad words to excutives who are working for shriram value in chennai.the management cont take any reaction and they said you have to be covensive and lot of other things never join in shiram .dont vest ur time

Better place to work here as a fresher chandra babu trainer is just awesome he helped a lot tl and managers are friendly hr's are also good

Please improve the management..they are unable to handle the people.. Most of the freshers are joined for time pass..No career path.. Attrition rate is high due to inefficient management

Office looks nice but hr people trying to Canvas people for joining there but the facility and salary are too low

Honestly .... This s a best company , friendly management , not a pressurized work ... Good environment ...

They gave a silly reason for not shortlisting a candidate , saying she is a married women , the values of hr people didn't have a good foundation..
