Maybe the doctor is very good but both the hospital and the doctor do not understand the value of the patient's time. I have booked my appointment around 3pm reached hospital at 2:30 but meet to doctor at 5:15 pm as a patient i can understand doctor time value but they don't this time very very very bad experience @Shriram spine hospital

Worst doctor... don't have patience to listen patients problem

I booked an appointment for my grand father ,time give by hospital 10:55 we reached before time , and it took more then 2 hour for waiting , if docter was not their ,so why reception given the time of 1:50,. Other wise docter is very good but reception staf not good

Dr. Chirayu Pamecha was very good to listen and understand my daughter's problem and suggested best treatment to follow. A great centre for your spinal related problems. Thanks you sir. Just to give an honest feedback on patient's and their attendents service part. I've observed that COVID related protocol are not being followd at the centre. Senitisation of hands and temperature check was not done. No social distancing norms are followed at the waiting place. No frequent disinfection of the areas were observed during our two hours stay. The reception associates behind the counter were not much helpful towards patient's comforts and services. It was very humid with sweating while sitting at the waiting area. only one wall mounted fan was operational in the entire waiting lounge where approx 15 patients and their attendents were waiting. Twice I had to request the reception ladies that it is very hot and please put the AC on. Both the reception ladies were not much bother to my words. Upon repeated requests they managed to put the ac on which also wasn't much effective and was noisy. We were given the appointment of 1330 hrs but it took a good 1 hour and 45 minutes to see the doctor which is also an embarrassing part. The doctor's attendent lady associate was very helpful to understand our problem and allowed us to visit the doctor asap. A big thanks to her. I would request to address the receptionist's part to listen to the problems of patients with positive attitude and take remedial measures to rectify their problems. Humbleness attitude at the reception may also be added into their profile. Thanks

shriram Spine hospital is very good for any kind of spine related Problems. Dr. Pamecha has a very good experience of spine and spin related problem , He is a Excellent spine surgeon , Udaipur people are lucky to have such facility in town.
