It was a horrifying experience due to pest infestation in our rooms. Furniture is infested with termites (lots), cockroaches, mosquitoes and other pests. We had rashes all over our body. Though hotel is located at a very convinient place, its not maintained properly. Cleanliness is also lacking. I would suggest owners to do some immediate pest control so that others do not suffer the way we suffered. Else rest is fine. Even bathrooms(shower area) have wooden flooring not sure why when its a wet area. Curtains look like they have not been washed since many months. Cleanliness is not upto the mark. AC rooms is definitely required for mangalore weather and to combat mosquitoes in the rooms.

The location of lodging is very strategic. It is at a walking distance from the Bus stop & railway station.
Rooms: Rooms are pretty decent, spacious & they have all amenities such as shower, 24*7 hot water, electricity, TV. The furniture & furnishings are also upto the mark.
Service: They have a very polite & hospitable staff which is available roynd the clock at your service. They have good manners & maintain proper cleanliness in the room, washroom as well as the surroundings.
Price: Considering the price at which they offer the rooms it's very worth the money! I would recommend this place for batchelors & family alike if you are looking to travel at a budget.

The lodge is located in Surathkal Circle. The rooms are well furnished and kept clean. The washrooms too. As there was no gyser in the bathroom I was worried for not getting hot water. But to my surprise the faucet was spurting hot water in the morning. May be there are some internal lineout for it. one has to just adjust the mixer knobs properly. Overall it was nice stay.
Really nice place. Cozy and warm at the same time. There are all facilities like AC, TV, hot water etc. Also the room service is great and not pretty far from the bus stand. Pretty good. The only con will be there is no lift to go up and down.
I took a single room. It's small but good room with bathroom which are neatly kept which is indeed worth for the amount.
