This travel agency is paying so much high price and services are very much lower. And no facilities are available in bus lm paying but my family is so much tired in bus.

I had booked a ticket in the AC sleeper and when I boarded the bus, it was completely different, seemed like a normal bus. His AC is useless, no curtain. There is a hole next to my seat where dust and hot air come from outside. There are many problems. This is my worst experience of travel.

Worst bus service provider. Driver don't stop bus for 9 hours! When people request him they deny. Person with driver who manage ticket checking behaves rudely and took alcohol as well. Additionally, stop bus at fixed hotel where driver got free lunch and commission. Even at inappropriate time. After all commission matters! Its seems like its bus of government. Take passanges from the road at low fare and sleep in the walking area, even people are sitting in the cabin also. Its tough to walk and go down. Shameless bus provider.

The service was good i have been to Ahmedabad by this bus from ajmer it took 11 hours to drop me there. I took Ac sleeper class upper berth the bus was quite good there was blanket, free water and the seats were comfortable enough to sleep. Bus was clean as well. Came on time and drop on time

Even they don't deserve 1 ratting I booked AC bus and they provide us third class bus no AC no curtains even no door in our compartment they seriously looted us fraud travelers I wish they traveled same bus in whole year bloody dogs
