Shrigo Resorts and Spa - Resort hotel in Pallikkara II - Kasaragod, India

Its a very small property, i don't think resort is the right word for Shrigo Bekal.Ultra small rooms with no restaurant attached, you need to go out or order from outside.Staff very courteous, convenient if you want to spend time at Bekal fort, plenty of peacocks visit the property. Property has a great potential and needs to improve

Stayed in Bekal Shrigo 2 months back. Very convenient to reach by both public & private transport.Rooms are good, Total ambience of resort is good, especially private beach, staff are good in service and behavior, but biggest tradey is FOOD. They dont have any restaurant inside resort,food is from near by hotel,(Hotel Apple)food is not at all good and also overpriced.

The place is very beautiful indeed and at walking distance from Bekal Fort, both on shores of Arabian Sea. Cool breeze most of the time of the day even in May. The staff, Veena was always helpful. Even then, the place does not serve food as they have no kitchen. Thus, even the breakfast which is shown as included in the tariff, is brought from outside and we pay extra. Similarly there was no Wi-Fi in the cottage or room, though a very low speed connectivity was available near the office main entrance. I hope the management would do their homework and rectify what the place lacks, and make it into a place work mentioning.

Booked two rooms through Make my trip.Paid Rs.8048/- including breakfast for 6 adults. Restaurant in the resort was not functioning. Received locally arranged food which comes around Rs.600 maximum. But the breakfast charges of Rs.1300/- had already paid. Garden rooms (302.302) was alloted but we didn't find any garden. Interior of rooms are OK. The staff is very courteous. Security person brought breakfast from a nearby hotel in time. However food was tasty.

The resort is located near Bekal fort. Five minute walk from there will take you to the fort. There is also a beach very close to the resort. Service was really good. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. This resort is a best deal if you get the rooms below 2k.

The place felt like a rip-off esp with the holiday surge pricing. Rooms were smelling of mould n very basic things were provided. Also there was no housekeeping n no food either. We selected the place as it was right next to Bekal fort n in the Google map showing right on the beach. Even booked a sea view room. Unfortunately no direct beach view nor access from the property. Felt like intentional misleading. Good thing this was right next to fort.

I got the best offer from MMT with coupons and cards. They requested me to pay more in cash after reaching the venue saying that they have upgraded my rooms since our booked rooms are given to someone else. I paid INR 1000 in cash (extra) since it was requested (requested is INR 1600). But this shouldn't be the case, they should not ask for more money when we have got for less, otherwise please delist yourself from websites like MMT etc., Otherwise the stay was good and people there are helpful and kind.

Very helpful support staff vinod and Veena. Clean and nice location. Not a luxury resort but feels at home. Restaurant is basic and rooms need some renovation. But if u are not looking luxury but comfort and location good place just near to fort.
