Yoga Guru Sudesh is an ever inspiring teacher. I have been practicing since 2 decades under him. He is innovative and progressive in planning his classes and that is what makes it interesting. He is also a wonderful human being which is also one of the important qualities to look for in a teacher. His slogan, Yoga is not just a pose shows his approach to it. He is also great in advicing what not to do based on individual capacity. I have also completed the teacher training in the center. I recommend Upanishad Yoga Center for beginners and practitioners and for ailments as well.

I am attending sudesh sir,s meditation class.Excellent classes.He is a very good teacher.Even his yoga classes are easy to understand.He is very knowledgeable and will teach you how to do each asanas properly.

Sudesh is a true Master of Yoga. He teaches individual techniques that is suited for his students while teaching 1 to 1. His group lessons are also nice and fun way to learn Yoga. Certainly, a best centre for learning.

Sudesh Chandra has been guiding yoga enthusiastic students of all ages in learning the yoga asnas and pranayama. Asanas and pranayama have been helping me in keeping a healthy body and mind.
