I would give the doctors at this hospital a five-star rating for their exceptional care, communication, and patience. They are the primary reason I choose this hospital for my patient's treatment. However, the hospital's management is severely lacking. The reception staff is so unprofessional, arrogant and ill-mannered, causing communication issues. Internal departments are not coordinated, leading to extreme delays in patient admission/discharge. Staff accountability is also a concern. Unless you opt for a deluxe room, you'll find yourself repeatedly seeking assistance for your patient care. During every visit, I had a very bad experience with the hospital management. Such a big and crowded hospital should have a very smooth management in order to serve the patients. Overall, the hospital's management needs significant improvement to match the quality of care provided by their dedicated doctors. I hope the authorities take reviews seriously and work on these issues, as their own saying at their premise says that "THE HOSPITAL IS A TEMPLE, DOCTORS ARE THE PRIESTS AND PATIENTS ARE GOD."

Best hospital for Gastric problems in Haridwar. Provide all medical facilities. Dr. Nitin Verma is a best Gastroenterologist in Haridwar. They give sufficient time to patients to listen and understand their problems. If you want concultation with Dr. Nitin at the earliest, you have to reach hospital before 9 AM so that you would get early number. Hospital charges are cost effective. As compared to other hospitals and different clinics in Haridwar, Bhumanand Hospital is the best. In Gynaecology department, way of talking of Dr. komal Rathore is very bad.

worst management system, you need to wait for 5 to 6 hours even for ultrasound only. no number system. In the morning they give you number and ask you to wait. after that they will send people inside without number system. If you ask them about the system, they call the security. staff does not know how to talk with senior citizens. will never visit again. worst experience ever.

I visited Bhumanand Hospital to consult my child. It is well managed. I met Dr saloni bassi masson. She is very polite and soft to children as well as to the parents . And we liked her treatment too. Our overall experience is very good.
