From outside the hospital wil look like any other standard hospital but inside things are totally different. No hygiene. No coordination among team. From reception entry till discharge summary, you need to run behind different people to get your work done. Nurses are the most horrible part as they are least concerned about you.

I had an exceptional experience at this hospital and cannot praise the staff enough for their professionalism and compassion. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and genuine care. The doctors and nurses went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being, explaining every step of the process with patience and empathy.

Wonderful hospitality from the Nursing staff. Experienced and friendly Doctors. Was admitted just for a day but was immensely impressed with the cleaniness and nursing staff. Special about out goes to Dr Samhita who operated on me. She is a Pro!!! Also would like the management to give a raise to Miss Triveni and Miss Pushpa for their exceptional nursing services. All in all it was a great experience. Would highly recommend this hospital!! 5*

Very good doctors. Doctor Indira mam was very. Explained everything in detail post surgery. Nurses and all other staff is very good and will help you at any point of time even at midnight. Chitra mam toom care of all documentation. No need to follow up for anything.

Got admitted for a surgery through Pristyn care . Washroom is not fixed properly and well maintained. Taps don't work properly. DMO Indira has the worst attitude towards patients. No doctor will refuses to say his/her name when asked, she cowardly left room without saying her name. She is reckless and don't know how to communicate with the patient as well as attender, lastly I came to understand that better not to ask any doubts related to surgery and present condition. Rather than comforting/consoling the patient. Her behaviour towards patients is very rude and lacks basic professional ethics. Very irresponsible. Had a worst experience at the hospital.Only house keeping staff is attentive and responded well with the calls. *One of the nurse needs personal info regarding patient biodata to discuss and make gossip with dmo but do not come to patient side when patient is in need. This hospital is better for a group meeting rather than providing service. Very dissatisfied !

It was too good and nice service provided by doctors, nurses and also service management people mainly Dr. Samhitha and prakash was too nicely interacting.

Very good service ,very polite staff , nurses will keep you like your at home ,I can say this hospital is better than all commercial hospitals in market
