Room is neat & cleaned properly. Hotel staff is very supportive & friendly. Bathroom & toilet is also cleaned properly. Location wise it's just 1.5KM from Agra fort & Agra Cantt. railway station. overall it's nice to stay here. awesome

Very bed experience. We booked 4 standard rooms for 9 adults and 3 children. When we went there, property manager showed us 3 rooms on ground floor and said that u stay here until i am opening 4th room on 1st floor, and asked for entry and ID. We gave him ID and placed our luggage in these rooms. After 10 minutes manager came to us and said you can go to fourth room but this room is just for 1 person. We went to this fourth room and found out that it is just like a very small store room. Just a folding, No double bed, No bathroom, No space, No storage, No mirror, Not even space to sleep 2nd person in whole room. How am i suppose to sleep there with my wife and kid. i attached pic of that room. Owner said to us if u want to stay in 3 rooms then you can otherwise you go but i will charge for my 3 rooms. I had to leave this property and i booked another 4 rooms on OYO. Very Very Bad experience. Pls don't go there with your family because it's no guarantee that you will find the same room what you are booking for. The owner of property can insult you whether it your mistake or not.

I made overnight booking to this room. you have to walk nearly 1.5 km to reach hotel from taj gang which is very interior. when I reached hotel. hotel personnel changed the room to a different hotel which was good but seems it was in a slum area where the hotel was being constructed newly I am not attaching the original photos of Sri shyam guest house. family members can avoid booking here

thanks to goibibo hotel staff is very helpful it is situated near taj mahal we went to Taj by walking and cleanness was very good location is very good . if you want to hi there from agra cantt pick a auto from bijli ghar and change here to Taj mahotsav it cost 30 rs or you go to direct taj Mahal it cost 20 rs exit from southern gate of Tajmahal it is only 1 km from Southern gate of Tajmahal

the room was extremely dirty and old. the room was cold. the bed clothes were very dirty also. the wall was full of mold losing part of it on the floor. the toilet was very dirty, the tap of the WC was broken. the tap of hot water was blocked and the shower wasn't working. they offer us a tea in the morning but then they asked for 20 inr each tea wich it was very very tinny one. I will never come back, no even for free.

Worst place ever visited Care taker uses too abusing languages. Not at all safe for girls, as no respect for humanity. Rooms are not satisfactory as per the cost Way better guests houses are available near by. Rooms2/5 Facility 2/5 Staff 1/5 Ambience 2/5 Overall 2/5

the pillow covers were dirty. the bedsheets were dirty too. even I asked them to change the sheets but they denied as they have changed the sheets in the morning. the bathrooms are really small and dirty. water here tastes really bad or you can say salty which cannot be even used to rinse the mouth. However, the 1 star is only for the person with whom I spoke on the mobile as he was really helpful.

Location was good. The hotel was managed by a caretaker and he was cooperative. They provide a kitchen also. Security wise it was safe and the room was comfortable to stay.
