Worst experience getting parcel food from this hotel. Why can't the delivery section check the parcel before letting it out ? Should we keep following You people again and again for the proper food ordered is it.. pls take care while delivering food. Make Sure you keep all the items in the parcel before letting out for delivery. It is really difficult when we trust and order food for emergency. You people make it double work for us. Because of the carelessness of one of the worker, everybody are in trouble. And to top it all the delivery person is even more annoying.
Good ambience. Food taste is slightly different and enjoyable. Loved their dragon idly and chettinad idly. A few suggestions to improve their business: Dosa varieties are too spicy nowadays, initially it was medium spicy and good. Also, dosas are very dry when we take parcel. Sometimes their chola poori is too hard like pappad.
Last night we had our dinner and its a sad experience for us. We said we are 7 people. They said to wait. When we told that we go for other restuarant they convinced us and provided table. Following are lack in service. 1. We all had our dinner between staircase around which is very dirty and roof also with spider web and with mosquito bites. 2. Side dishes exhuated and Chutney spoilt. 3. Waiter also not pleasing. Not worthy.
Don't trust the hotel and reviews last morning order breakfast through swiggy just got rotten foods the smell of the dosa literally seems horrible and the stuffs that i had order is missing one of the worst hotel just thrown foods completely into dustbin.
Taste has changed.. not like before.. and more over price has been increased a lot.. nearly doubled.. even though I was a regular customer now a days I don't go .. and not even ordering in online also
