I had an excellent experience with this company. The owner who speaks very well English, is so kind and helpful in providing us good assistance during the process of the bus rental. He is really helpful and has a heart for his company and his costumers.The bus that he sends us for rent was new, clean, modern, the driver was kind as well. Overall it was a very good experience, we had a wonderful trip from Meerut to Delhi because of his great service.
Initially I was hesitant to take tour package from Shri Shakti travels, as trusting someone through online is risk, but after meeting the owner my confidence boosted and I booked my honeymoon package to Andaman and Nicobar. It was a mesmerizing experience in the tour as their staff in port Blair was very much efficient and caring. I will never forget such a good service from Shri Shakti travels.
