The surgery procedure of my father was done here .The operation was successful but the doctor and staff forgot to mention that one of the medicines can cause allergic reaction that hurted us a lot and when we mentioned about it their response was very normal like seriously it's your responsibility to check the patient carefully and also appointment to meet the doctor takes a lot of time , well he is specialist in the diseases like piles , the treatment was good but after discharge the revisit was not warm

The shri sai kripa Hospital is situated in side telipara road near vrindavan parishar. The Hospital is well clean And maintained. You don't feel any bad smell like ordinary hospital. Hospital staffs are very skilled, kind and very supportive and good behaviour. the doctor is very supportive, understanding and kind heart.

Called reception a day before in advance. The receptionist asked to come at 10 AM, I was there at 10 AM but was informed that doctor is not there yet. I waited along with my old mother for almost an hour and there was no update on when the doctor will be there. Even the reception had no clue, he kept repeating that doctor gave 10 am time. We finally left after waiting for an hour because receptionist informed that phone appointments are placed at 10th spot (not sure what is the reason) so I will have to wait almost another hour for my turn after doctor arrives. Also, I was informed a day earlier that doctor will only be there for an hour and there were more that 30 patients waiting, not sure how he manages to see so many patients in just one hour. He might be a good doctor but he clearly doesn't value patients time and money. Very disappointed with overall experience, felt like India in 90s when there was no technology or means to better manager incoming patients. You just have to wait there for the lord to come and when they will finally come they will grant you 2 mins of their time. I feel bad for so many outstation patients who came from remote places of CG and straight from the bus stand and eagerly waiting to see the doctor. Doesn't matter how great of a doctor you are, your patients should always come first

doctor and all the staff are supportive and treatment are good but treatment and operation fee are too much high, 35 to 40k rupee are not reasonable for piles operation.
