Yesterday, I visited Rathnam Restaurant, and while the place was a bit noisy due to the crowd, the staff did their best to assist us. Unfortunately, they were having repairs in the washroom, which made it inconvenient to find a proper place to wash hands. Although the overall service was not up to par, I must admit that their food was delicious. Despite the challenges, the staff's efforts to help us were appreciated.
Located on bansal nagar fatehabad road, near Cafe Coffee Day, Agra. Parking for a few vehicles are available in front of the building. Seating area was clean and neat, though the cleanliness of the washrooms could be improved. Stopped for a quick bite during our travel and had the following :- Ghee roast - It was decent tasting with good quantity. Curd rice - Also was good, and the quality of the curd was great South indian thali meals - Ordered 2 of them. Decent quantity of items and good taste. Overall, for good south indian food in Agra, this place is recommended. Total price came close to 1000 rupees, which is to be expected for south indian food in these areas.
Taste is Ok. But overall ambience and cleanliness needs improvement. Minimum waiting of half an hour during peak hours. We have ordered Dosas , Dosa is good but Chutney given with the Dosas is not good.

The food was tasty and authentic. I had selected this place based on the location as its just 800m from taj mahal. Worthy visit if you're with family
Bad attitude. Some places just knock you off by the improper behaviour of the staff. Many items on menu not available. Tea coffee not available due to milk unavailability. When asked for black coffee, there was a blunt remark of "will not provide". Order also didn't come on time. Overall a terrible place where they treat customers with zero hospitality, as if they're doing a favour on us by giving food.
Authentic restaurant. .. Nice ambiance but still need some more but food was really awesome they actually provide south and veg awesome food
Tasty food at a very high price. Had their food when we were visiting Taj Mahal. Food was good but the price is very high and they did not served hot water even after asking for it. Water used for washing hands tasted salty.
