This really an amazing experience . While I was traveling on the way and it was almost end of their day 10:30 pm but Ramanaas team understand the situation and waited for us and made sure we had a delicious food. Thanks will be very less for Ramanaas team. All the best for their success and Growth.
Now we ordered a set of parotta with veg kurma parcel but they give very little amt of kurma and channa masala without any information that channa masala also only gravy that too taste like burnt .....not a good quality of food for we paying money
Went on Sunday for lunch. On the way to Kanchipuram. Very crowded, hot, and people flooding everywhere in this restaurant. AC room has only 3 tables. People were just standing next to us when we were eating to grab the spot to sit hilarious experience. Food- 3/5: is average, no complaints, but they have limited tiffin options during lunch time. Onion rava dosai was delicious, huge in size, chutney and sambar was tasty . Barotta was average, and sides were yummy . Meals was okay, no complaints, just average. Service: 2.5/5 slow, very slow. They must put 2 servers for AC room. Most of the time server not to be seen, customers were waiting long for food and meals to be served. #IndiaTrip #TamilNadu #Lunch
Nowadays one good veg restaurant in kancheepuram. But space is too consistent.. not even they manage 25 people at the same time.
On 18 June 2023 I visited this place for the second time despite, a pedestrian suggesting a different hotel. Surprisingly Dan-J has given a high rating for this hotel. Service We were at the mercy of one of the waiter and I recall the same one serviced us earlier. He is an old man who does not listens to you. He will see the next table or else where while you are ordering. Clue " He will mandate vada for all even if one orders on table" Food kancheepuram idlies were delivered cold and was hard to eat ( waiter did not even bother to tell us) Ordered dosa that came after ages ( after multiple remindes) the attender was cursing the chef. This will be the last hotel on the list.
Always overcrowded. Takes too much time to get the food both in dining there and takeaway. If a person is exclusively posted to help the standing people it would be good.
It's all good, but don't buy anything from the sweet stall like samosa or poli, they don't wear gloves. Not sure why no action is taken against them
