The doctors are good but the rest of the things are not. The staff is not at all helpful. In the critical care ward the staff was gossiping loudly with her colleague. Very disturbing environment!!

No cleanliness in the canteen area and in general ward too. the behaviour or reception staff is very bad , they don't have common manners how to behave with patients and customers . The pharmacist are very egoistic . Not good experience. It's a hospital, the cleanliness should be priority. Doctors are good , but the rest of the things aren't. This is how they treat their coustomers and expect a good feedback all the time...not possible due to their behaviour.

If you love yourself or your relatives I would suggest not going to this hospital. Specially if you have a insurance -They will unnecessarily try to escalate your bill by imposing unnecessary medicine and tests on you which are not even required. There is a concern regarding hygiene and cleanness. Staff is arrogant especially from management. Doctors aren't transparent regarding the treatment given until you raise your voice. TPA is worst dont even have knowledge of how to fill authorization form, got multiple calls from insurance company that form is not filled or most of the sections were left blank. Overall conclusion is save yourself from trouble and mental harassment by not getting yourself treated here.

Good facility and good services. Hospital has seen major transition in last two decades. Initially it was providing good services, and later in the middle phase we have seen worst conditions. Now they are again improving and coming back to the track.

This hospital has got expensive since the ownership has been changed. The nurse staff is not good and they pay a little attention to the patient.

Very good hospital... Staff is very cooperative... Specially Administrator Dr. Sunita miglani madam and gynecologists Dr. Richa Chahbrani madam help and guide us a lot

They don't have Proper Doctor's Team, to diagnosis.They have good Consular to make More & more Bill, They Kill the Patient.
