I work in the healthcare profession for nearly 30 years and I encounter patients who are cancer survivors. I also knew that with the advances in the medical field, cancer treatments have been very encouraging. But all these went out of the window when my Amma was diagnosed with cancer. The overwhelming and catastrophic thought took over and it felt like we are going to lose our Amma to cancer. The immediate reaction was to find out where to take her for the best treatment. My parents live in a small town near Erode and I decided that I should take her to one of the premier hospitals in Chennai or Coimbatore. However, it was decided to keep her in Erode itself as Amma was too weak to travel to Coimbatore or Chennai. Reflecting on it now, I would say, it was the best decision we took. Firstly, I must thank Dr Ganeshwaran of The Preeti Neuro Hospital where Amma was initially admitted and underwent all the necessary tests. Amma was taken care of by Dr Ganeshwaran and his team with top-quality care and compassion. The nursing staff in general, particularly, on the second floor were very skilled and caring. Dr Ganeshwaran has a great network of doctors within Erode and made the necessary arrangements for the tests and investigations. Through Dr Ganeshwaran we meet Dr N Kharthik and Dr Arunandhi Chelvan of Onco Foundation Cancer Hospital, Erode, and had a series of meetings to plan for Amma's treatment. They both were extremely compassionate and always made time to explain things clearly while maintaining high professional standards. As per the medical recommendations, it was decided that Amma will have to undergo surgeries and Dr Arunandhi recommended that she should get the surgeries at the Erode Medical Centre as it was a multi-speciality hospital with an additional backup should she need it during the surgery and postoperatively. She underwent surgeries at the EMC by Dr Arunandhi and his team and post-operatively she was taken care of extremely well by the ICU team and Dr Arunandhi. Amma is back home recuperating and making steady progress. Thanks to the wonderful doctors of Erode for their integrated medical approach. Though the doctors have their own hospitals, they never shied away to seek support from other doctors /hospitals for better care for their patients. By the way, I have no doubt that the cost would have been significantly higher in Chennai/Erode compared to Erode. Based on our recent experience we give 5 stars to the Preethii Neuro Hospital, Onco Foundation and Erode Medical Centre, particularly, to the Surgical and ICU team. Thank you Dr Ganeshwaran, Dr Kharthik, Dr Arunandhi Chelvan and Dr Arunpandian.

Here they are not providing any proper bills for any treatment and blindly they are Asking money and blood test lady behaviour is worst.

My relative Palaniyamal got admitted here for brain fever and we saw visible progression everyday. The doctor keeps personal contact to make us feel less worried about the patient.

One of most dangerous hospital in erode this hospital only purpose for money not carrying for patients please avoid this hospital doctor prefer for only medicines is not take healthy food avoid your health don't go Preethi hospital please

Very Worst Hospital. They need only money. I have spend nearly 1.25 lac for my grand ma stroke problem. But she is not recover. They ask to pay bill and buy every day a bulk of medicine from their hospital pharmacy only. Doctor suggest medicine for one month is nearly 9000 and above all the things are very expensive. Very bad experience in my life. finally my grand ma is no more. very sad. I won't suggest this hospital to any one in my life time. There is no half star rating option. So only i have rated one star.

Doctor is not so great, talks lot of other things than Neuro problems and maintains personal relationship. He will start any treatment only after blood test at his lab and scans at only Q scans opposite to his hospital (not sure any tie up with them and makes money there also). I would never recommend this hospital very worst hospital money motive.

One of good hospital with good caring of doctor. I have stayed here for more than 5 days so many regular patients to check their health. One of Experienced doctor in neurologist field. First he will check exact problem with patients and starts treatment for the same. Not like he will do all treatments.. everydayv2-3 times general visit he is doing. Also informing the attenders about current condition everyday twice..

One of the worst ever hospital I have seen. Hospital will open at 9 am and you have to first pay and start waiting in reception, Doctor will come only after 11 am only - you cannot go out and come back because of you registered in morning, they will keep your token number as last patient, this is how they maintain some crowd in hospital. Doctor is okay not so great, talks lot of other things than Neuro problems and maintains personal relationship.
