Shri Parvatammana Gudi Betta - Featured Reviews (247)
It is a very beautiful place. Visit early in the morning around 6am to watch the sunrise. During the rainy season you can't watch because of fog. Best time to visit is in November to March. Better you leave early in the morning from Hassan as it's 30 km. You can reach the Hill's bottom by bike/car.
Awesome place for a short trek. It's basically a temple situated on top of the hill. Trek starts with an ascend of rock having faint steps carved and goes on with flat and rocky terrain. Awesome and quite adventurous in rainy season.
It is the modarate trekking place near to sakaleshpur. We went for this place in the morning time like 6.30am. The place was fully covered with fogg. Around 1.5km trekking to the top. At the top there is beautiful Parvati Temple and they will open this temple on monday and friday only. There is no prior booking for trekking. If you went near sakaleshpur then it is the recommendable place to visit.
The place is located in city outskirts, And is easy to Trek too. Has got some good view point, surrounded by greenery and forest. You got some some roads till this place and a parking too. The temple here is one of the old temples you might see in the city outskirts. Wouldn't recommend going here on a sunny day....the rocky mountain heats up in the sun making it hot around. Better be careful cause manytimes Elephants have been seen around here.
Need to take few foot steps to get the spectacular view. One can see the Hemavathi bridge & river points. And few other points .
This place is serene. Leave early before the sun rises high and you'll experience different shades of the sky. The hike is kids friendly and you can park right before the hike starts. The elevation is gradual and not much slippery. The Parvati temple at the peak is ancient and amazing. Overall excellent 3-4 hrs spent here. Do plan to come here if you're visiting Sakleshpur. Highly recommended.
Peaceful place and good nature Top of the hill there is powerful god parvatamma.
This place is quite near to Hassan city and also it is quite easy to trek so anybody can come and visit this place anytime to get relax from boredom. One of the main beauty of the place is it is surrounded by Greenery and i have hear that sometimes elephant travel along this place so it is good to be bit careful. At the top there is a heart shaped pond which gives added beauty to your photoshoot and for nature lovers, sitting on the peak and enjoy the nature with old memories can't express the feeling but you can only feel
