Standard AC Room was good for Rs 1300. Even though 3km away from beach, it is very calm place. Buses and autous are easily available to beach. Restaurant is not operational right now. Vivekananda center is nearby. Wonderful ambience and a good restaurant inside that.
Rooms were not clean, nothing in room will work (TV, AC, Heater,...) They will never clean pillow cover, bedsheet,.. Guy in reception is rude and never responds. This property is under sale, so no maintenance will be done from hotel end (response from reception guy) Please spend extra 200-300 rs and go to other Hotels.
A neat and clean place and a friendly environment. The staff speaks English and Hindi unlike all other places in Tamil Nadu. They should keep an electric kettle in every room and tea bags for the guests to have tea on time. Right opposite Eknath Ranade's Vivekananda Kendra, a sprawling campus - an added advantage.

stayed with family of 4 members. property is maintained well. room in which we stayed was good and spacious. freezer box provided. very friendly staff and the person at reception was very kind.
March 2023: Good stay at Shri Padham Heritage. Very close to all the tourist Attractions, good restaurants at walkable Distance. Parking space was not that great but it was manageable. Clean and hygienic Room, Bathroom and corridor. Overall, Satisfied with the 2 days Stay. Recommended :)
