Dear Team, I am written this regarding your hospital washroom conditions. Your hospital is good and clean. But If I talk about washroom and latrine , below are mentioned feedback:- 1. Western latrine is not available near Dialysis room: my father is week and facing issue. 2 . The are cleaning and water issue. 3. Only one jug is kept in indian latrine , please put small bucket also. Please take it is as feedback it will improve patients basic requirements and hospital well being. Possible please do needful. Your doctors are no doubt very good but on other side facilities of this hospitals OPD is very bad Bathroom was dirty, waiting area is very small and warm there is only 2 or 3fans of patients who were waiting around some time there is no water for drinking overall I was very disappointed here
They charged Rs7000 for the CT scan & not provide CD of it... Staff people told me that OPtion ni de raha hai. Yha machine hi outdated ya Staff log ko hi technical knowledge ni hai malum nii..

In the name of 24-hour service, there is only three-hour service here. Yes I am talking about Priya Gupta. I came in an emergency case at 8 in the morning and Dr. Sahiba had came at 12 o'clock, because of which I lost what I had, but you please don't consider Priya Gupta as Gynaecologist.
Cardiology doctor Mr. Gaurav agrawal who do not have the slightest knowledge about medicine, increase the patient's bill by only running the medicine of the MR on the patient, and finally advise to show another doctor outside.I will never suggest this hospital to anyone for treatment.
My wisdom tooth removing was painless.Dr. Neha Agrawal is one of the best dentist in daltonganj.she is too good& skilled.No need to go .other place for any dental problem. other facilities like moles &warts removing also available here by laser. Dr.Rahul Agrawal is one of the best ortho doctor .x-ray,ct-scan&trauma centre is also available here and I would like to must say this hospital is very neat&clean.
