Good Temple with lot of place and area to stay inside temple area. Very easy to find and navigate using map. Need to improve cleanliness outside temple. There was a lack of parking spaces and there was lot of poop not very far from temple. Need to provide toilet facilities near temple to keep place neat and tidy.

Chittapur is located 50 km from Kalaburagi district. The town has the famous and ancient Nagavi University at the southern part of the town. The place is very well known for its historical and archaeological importance, being a place of higher education like a modern university. In ancient days called a Ghatikasthana and the existence of a library with librarian (Saraswath-bhandari) is mentioned in an inscription from here. The place is referred to as Nagavavi maha agrahara. Its earlier name was Nagavapi.

Very nice temple and well maintained.

Place where Nagavi Yallamma temple is situated. Spiritual place. But the connectivity to place is not proper. And also for parking vehicles .
