This is a very ancient temple located along the bank of the river Kali at Nandangadda. The place is locally refered to as Aarav. The ambiance is serene and peaceful.The main daity is of Nag devta known as Shri Nagnath and worshipped in the form of an anthill. The temple still retains its old world charm due to the structure. Previously the place was very secluded but now development has taken place all around. To reach the temple, take the Karwar - Sunkeri main road, after crossing Nandangadda, take the left road which goes straight to the temple. Ample parking space available on normal days, but parking can be a problem during festivals.
