There are two entrances to the temple. Both are open and near to temple. On first entrance you will find more traffic and rush while on second entrance there is lesser rush and traffic. In side there are beautiful gardens and photo points available. Nice place for a family visit.
Matsyodari temple is very famous temple of Goddesses situated in Ambad district Jalana. One has to climb steep flight of the stairs. But when you reaches to Garbhgruh, all your tiredness will vanish. Temple is built in old sculpture style and maintained very well. It has nicely developed Ahilyabai Garden besides it.

Matsyodari, called because the temple is on the hill which resembles the shape of a fish (matsya). It is believed to be one of the oldest temples in the region. A largely attended annual fair is held at the temple in October, in Navratra.
