It is among some of the historic temples within the himalayas. It is located few kms above the main city . It is situated around a beautiful lake. The temple has some unique yet simple architecture. The vibrations there are different, very peaceful and calm. Good to visit place.

Least bus connectivity for this area from poanta sahib and other areas too....and the roads from Satuva is mind blowing and dangerous view points.....Finally a memorable and adventurous Weekend spot with devotional time at mata Renukaji temple.....

The temple and the surrounding provides internal peace . The surrounding is clean and as i visited early morning the rush was also less. Im little concerned about the lake part, as people feed breads and other stuff to the fishes, that should be banned , it will be great step towards the cleaning of the lake .
