While the rooms met our expectations, what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the receptionist and the overall management of the hotel. The receptionist was an exceptionally pleasant and helpful individual who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. This level of cooperation and willingness to assist us was particularly evident when we encountered a situation late at night, and the staff readily stepped in to provide assistance. Furthermore, the cost of our stay was remarkably reasonable, making it excellent value for money. Despite our late-night arrival, the staff remained attentive, honest, and polite, creating a welcoming atmosphere that left a positive impression on us. Overall, the experience was marked by the kind and efficient service provided by the receptionist and the management, making our stay both enjoyable and cost-effective.

Worst Hotel You can stay in. Leaky roof , mosquito , smelly bed & pillow. Dirty walls & bath room toilets. No hot water after 9am. This hotel best fits in all the category where worst case scenario u imagine We were staying in ground floor & with the help of god's grace some how manged to spend one night

Very good fashiliti good camunication and good location

This hotel is on Koppal City main road, and we have around 5 hotels nearby and this is the best among that. Yes it's old building but staff is very supportive and friendly. Room is neat and clean even dho it's old.

It's a old Hotel. With a very prime location. Once a plush hotel now seems a bit out of taste & boring. There's a lot of scope for improvement in terms of interior & exterior as well. Also a multi-cuisine restaurant will work wonders. As Koppal is developing at a very fast pace & people spend a lot on quality food. Just a food for thought for the management. Fingers crossed.

On road Hotel near state transport stand. Staff is good and helpful. Looks like old property hence you may find water stains. Celling hight is more around 16 feet or more. Rooms are big with Sofa and bathtub. Ample parking available. Restaurant is not functioning.
