It is one of the holy peeth of Sati Maa. Situated in Ujani village in Guskara, Bardhaman. It is believed that the right wrist of Sati was fallen in this place. Then onwards it is caled as Shakti Peeth. The area of the temple is not so big. I visited this place in winter for some social activities. Bhog is also available here .

This Sati Peeth is situated in Kogram of Burdwan district of West Bengal. As the saying goes the Elbow of Devi Sati fell here. The name of the Goddess is Devi Mangal Chandika. The name of the Bhairav is Kapileshwar. The road to the temple is on the sharp left after passing Natunhat bus stop. You have to take right from the main road on to a dusty village road without any camber. There is a decent parking spot available just in front of the temple, large enough to accommodate 4 hatchback easily. The temple remains closed from 12 noon to 4pm.

A small pretty temple deep inside a hamlet approachable by a narrow road. It is the Shaktipeeth where left elbow of Sati fell.

This is one of the Sati Pith (stiipiitth). The mandir is maintained by a trust. The people's are so good. Although the temple is not situated besides the road. You must have your personal vehicle or need to hire a TOTO. Operating time: 9am to 1pm and 3pm to 7 pm. You don't need to pay a single rupees extra at temple compound for puja. Please visit.
