The Laxmi Narayan temple was built way back in 1905.. Dedicated to lord Vishnu and his wife godess Laxmi. The temple was inaugurated on 19th July by Jamanlal Bajaj .

It is situated in wardha district of maharashtra, it is one of the oldest temple in city situated in market area when I go this temple I got peace of mind. There is very peaceful and serene place. This temple is very big and well maintained. Devotees come this temple for darshan of lord Narayana and LAXMI on the regular basis and get lots of happiness. It is a very neat and clean and local people come in this temple and Worship God. It is a very famous temple of LAXMI NARAYAN. Must visit this temple.

Very beautiful place, has many memories associated with it. The garden here is too beautiful and peaceful. The temple is also very well maintained. And everyone is allowed here. You can even come to meditate here as the place is really peaceful in off times.

The whole work of temple is hand over to trust in year 1909 A. D. In year 1928 very first people came from backward community are allowed to enter into the temple, by request of Mahatma Gandhi. The one of the speciality of the temple is that the Lord Vishnu(Narayan) and devi Lakshmi are dressed up by only "Pure KHADI clothes" and not any gold or silver ornaments are allow to dressed up.
