Have been visiting this temple since childhood, such a serene atmosphere, one can really experience divine bliss while climbing this hill, The idols in the temple premises are perfect and beautifully carved. One can enjoy a beautiful view from the hilltop. The temple committee is doing great and it's really worth visiting this place .
Very good temple. On hill approx. 80 km fr Mysore. Can reach via Bangalore Mysore. Having good facility for stay & Jain food.
This is a jain pilgrim not a picnic spot, so keep this in mind before visiting. Absolutely lovely, lush green premises and the temple can reached through car or through stairs by walking. It's a Padmavati mata temple majorly, having 4 more devis and Bahubali Swami and some other tirthankars. Bhojanashala is well maintained and provides decent jain food.
Whenever we go to temple it's always divine and remove the negative impact Give positive vibes
Awesome and unexplored place to chill out with friends. Beautiful place. This place welcomes for any sudden plan trip! Just few steps to climb for a beautiful view. There's another attached hill, looked beautiful but didn't get time to visit. Hopefully I'll visit that place soon. Good for a trek! Safe and Super place!

The temple located at top of the hill. Beside The temple you can see few jain bastis too. The pooja starts at morning 8:30 onwards. Also u can get free lunch has a prasad. It's having very beautiful Views. Special sunrise & sun set. You can drive car to top of the hill but bikes are not allowed due to some Restrictions.
Excellent around 1600 years old jain temple. The temple on parvat is just amazing, never seen such jain temple in my life. There are 2 ways to reach the temple on parvat - you can walk or take your vehicle all the way to top. Only jain temple in Bharat where Kal Sarp Pooja is done. In case you are planning to do one please ensure to have 2 dozen banana and big enough phool Mala per person. This is a mandatory requirement. Bhattarak ji of math is an excellent person very knowledgeable, very humble it was a pleasure talking to him. Dharamshala is decent although it seems little lonely the temple management should have one guard deployed there. Regarding food you will get sambhar, rice for lunch and for breakfast Upma etc.
The historic Jain monastery and the Jaina basadis and paduka can be found at Kanakagiri Hill. There are many species of bird watching and many varieties of ayurvedic plants. Meditation Hall for meditation and yoga starting shortly is a great place to visit for meditation, nature, landscape, lake, photography, sightseeing.
