This is one of the temples on the Navagraha trail. Although the main deity is Lord Shiva with Parvathi Devi, here the Chandra is powerful. It's not architecturally significant. The last part to get to the temple is through some beautiful paddy fields. People come here to pray to have children.

Open up to night at 9 pm. 4 km from Thiruvaiyaru and 16 km from Thanjavur. A good parking facility is there.
