Shri Harilal Bhagwati Municipal Hospital - Government hospital in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

I had always heard this to be one hospital to rely on during Covid. Not good. There was no coordination between staff themselves. Some areas felt the patients were blindy/rudely taken care. Doctors can't manage their own emotions at panicked situations and they can't manage the patients family while expected to have decent conversation in tough time. Patients admitted are asked to connect with family other than the visiting family! Medicines written and given to bring on a piece of paper instead of prescription. My Father passed away in this condition. My complete family was admitted. I personally thank my sudden decision of bringing out my other family members and treating them one by one taking care at home after a long struggle. Thank you for a memorable experience Bhagwati that you gave to a daughter who kept running around like crazy for her hospitalized family!

Good net and clean doctor are good and helpful staff

Horrible management, even tho there were only few beneficiary of Covaxin , they made us seat for about 30-45 min for completing lot of covishield beneficiary . Tho they were doing alternatively but it's sign of mismanagement, when nurses were available they could have done side by side for better time management. Nurses don't apply spirit before injecting , had to remind her.

Had to go twds post mortem section...very dilapidated ...when loved ones have paper work to process ....the place is absolutely run down. As dead as a dead post. nurses were hurrdily filling seats to go to hostel in van...when asked which way to post mortem dept...dead pan look...either nurses not from Mumbai...the person did not understand one word I said...whilst general public were able to give directions. The area needs drastic improvement . Due to heavy rains the footpath was not walkable.

The free covid 19vaccine (Covishield) is available here the first dose of which I availed of after my online registration. The queues were well maintained with social distancing and wearing of masks .The time slots were allotted and maintained well by the people who came to be vaccinated. The front line workers were helpful, polite and the doctors were efficient. It has been a very pleasant experience for me to be vaccinated here.

My grandmother was admitted for covid in this hospital and this is her experience. She said the hospital was too good. The staff, the nurses, the doctors were very good and attentive. She didn't have any issues there and recovered in 14 days.

My father was admitted in this hospital for covid, but he passed away, They don't allow u to meet patient , they make vedio call in morning for less then a minute and give brief u. They need patient for practice all are students who are working as Dr. While admitting my father we told them that patient has medical history and also explain them the issue. Which was not mentioned on case paper, they hold me as victim and said that we might miss to update in case paper but u would have atleast remaind us about his patients medical history. In entire hospital there was only 4 patients that also in icu out of which no one was alive. 3rd class hospital

Trainee doctors are least bothered. They are busy in what's app. Don't have the courtesy to speak properly. Staff and nurses are very cooperative. It seems nurses know better than the doctors.
