It was a pathetic hotel, rooms were not cleaned. Staff was rude and there was no phone to call reception. Sheets were dirty, no toiletries nothing. You can not make any communication with hotel staff via your phone because they won't pick there personal number after one time. Not at all recommended

Good and clean rooms. Service is very poor. Parking is available. No telephones are available in rooms. Restaurant service is totally separate and it's communication system is poor. Basic things in rooms i.e.toilet paper/towels etc. is not available. TV is not available. Blankets/quilts are available limited. Near to Prem Mandir. Please look personally before visiting.
Room was ok ok not so good but not so bad.. bed sheet was dirty no telephone and TV available ... shower was broken..second thing about food which was separated also communication gap was there .. i have waited 15-20 minute for just one thali price was high but quality was low... i have managed but second time i preferred local dhaba ... anyway the location wise this is good coz prem mandir and iskon temple is 5 minute away from this hotel u can go by walk...

Rooms were not cleaned and maintained, there were used water bottles lying in our room. Even bathroom wasn't clean and bucket's handle was broke. Geyser wasn't working in our bathroom. Double bed had oversized mattress floating in air, bedsheets and blankets were torn. Overall, a pathetic place to stay, not even worth a single star. Would advise to stay in Dharamshala instead.
The staff is very rude and arrogant and you cannot sleep in the rooms with so much sound from the traffic even at 2 am ....it seems you are sleeping amidst traffic Rooms should have better noise cancelling facility if located on main road
The room was average to stay ..size of room was good but my experience was not that much good..geyser was not working .. Pillow covers were not clean.. The T.v was not working ..Bar was closed. .. There were mosquitoes in the room. Overall it was horrible to stay there for me.
