Nice place to stay. Very supportive and humble room service and reception persons. No hurdles on check in and check out. Great stay. But over costly for the price of room. As Non-AC room cost 1200.
This is a great place to stay place to stay with best value for money. Located at the heart of the city. They have variety of of rooms according to our budget. I was impressed with the pricing. U won't believe that a luxurious room which would cost below 2k and u can never think of getting a room like this in any other city. Even in third tier cities at this cost. WOW I AM IMPRESSED. Well forgot about the food, it was awesome and authentic. Not many places provides vegitarian cusine at this taste

Very clean and hygiene rooms available at affordable rates. Advance booking is best suggestion.High quality veg restaurant available at down stairs. Front office and landlord are very friendly and will take care.

Worst service
Even they are not provide hot water. Response is very poor. We vacated room after booking within hour . Please avoid this room for any functions

Restaurant:Available and good for Tiffin items like Plain dosa, Masala dosa, Idly and Poori only. Onion uthappam was not good
Cleanliness: Rooms not vaccumed and Dust found falling from either ceiling fans or AC vents
In Room Service: Very poor and no timely responses. Hence only 3 stars. Best to serve ourselves and not seek help especially for ordering food or beverages.
Location: Perfect inside market. However will have to pass through a small public passage when walking from bus stand.
Pest control: Availed one room and no pest issues. Another room had cockroach issues. However you can ask for switching rooms only if available.
Balcony: Very Good
Amenities: Parking, TV, hot water ok. Wifi and other services on request.
Nearby: SBI Bank and Atm nearby. Arya bhavan sweets shop and Iyengars bakery nearby serve as very good snacking option.
Poor room service...No hot water...dinner varieties are not much and test also worst...not responding to any complaints also...
