Shri Ghattaraga Bhagyawanti Devi Temple - Hindu temple in Ghatterga - Kalaburagi, India

Very nice temple to visit. We had visited first time and it was nice. In this temple Goddess Bhagamma is worshipped and also here sidi is very famous and this is very devotional place. Devotees from many different and far places come here to worship Bhagamma devi. This temple is located near Bhima river. Bhima river is polluted by cloths of devotees, so care should be taken by devotees to maintain clean. Proper and clean washroom should be provided.. I visited temple 2 times..

We believe In goddess, but around temple Environment is not healthy, no good facility for stay or washroom, just taking high charges but no place for stay, now here multiple people coming then the management should be properly.

Temple premises needs to be cleaned n a strictness should be maintained during rush hours so that pilgrims shouldn't get problems.

One of the most visited temples in North Karnataka region. Thanks to govt of Karnataka, the temple is now more suitable to accommodate huge crowds. As it is located on the banks of river Bhima people take dip in the river before offering prayers to the goddess. In summer the river is completely dried up, but still people take a dip in a small pool of stagnant water. On Fridays the temple is heavily crowded.
