Shri Chandrala Parmeshwari Devasthan - Hindu temple in Sonthi - Kalaburagi, India

Place is lovely. Super peaceful, over years this temple has improved its services to devotees. Pros : everything here is a divine blessing. Cons 1. Although the rooms are new, they are utterly disgusting. Washroom are not clean, room itself needs your Efforts to clean for you to sleep.

This temple is in Sannati village in Gulbarga Dist of Karnataka state. Its on the banks of Bhima River. Tis temple is of mata Chandra lamba. There is a Saraswati mata mandir inside the temple. Temple is beautiful and neat and clean. To reach here Nalwar is the nearest railway station.its 20 km. There are no Hotels and restaurants here so please carry food with you. There are 3-4 shops but you cant get any food. There is no direct transport available so you can hire a auto from Nalwar to Temple and back. You can spend one hour here.

Our home diety - Chandralamba or Chandamma as shes fondly known. Beautiful location with beautiful idol of godess Lakshmi. The ceremonies are performed with highest devotion and relegious/ceremonious rigor. Love our annual visit and the stay at temple - amongst farms and backwaters of Bheema river.

A hindu devi temple located on the bank of Bhima river around a small village called Sannati. You can reach here by road or rail. It is well connected by bus and trains. By train, the closest station is Nalwar which is only 15-18 kms from temple. However, bus can take you right to the temple. The location of the temple is so serene during sunrise and sunsets. It's a crime to miss the sunrise and sunsets if you are at temple.

Nice temple architecture and a good picnic place but the temple surrounding and the river front needs cleaning attention, too much garbage littered around and there is some discrimination priest do between general public and a particular community they need to understand in roof of God we all are one if all are behaving in a decent manner

The priests and office staff are arrogant. The temple trust should sack such people. No livable conditions in the campus, rooms are unavailable not well maintained. The temple serves at night stale food prepared in the lunchtime.

It's our kuldevi and the place is full of cosmic energy. Development is happening, more manpower is required , Hunvunti the ugam of Mata Chandralamba is yet to be developed.Brahmin in Hunvunti are not that religious like Sannati devasthanam. They are money minded and believe more in offering than Pooja to be performed. Needs serious attention.
