Price is reasonable with good taste

I had bought two cakes in last two months, but had really bad experience with them. They could not give back proper change and the worst of all the cake was not worth the huge amount paid.

Well maintained and hygienic place. But the cake was not as good as the pricing. Too expensive. You can always get better cakes around Chidambaram. They ran out of ice the last time I visited here. I was disappointed with my chocolate Forrest...It was rather dry and hard to eat.

We bought plum cake and it taste was okay, they said it was fresh piece but it taste like old and corner of the cake was over burnt so it taste bitter. We also bought some other items and in particular we took a rusk packet from display when the person done with the billing he exchanged the packet which has more broken pieces and that is truly annoying So I recommend Casino/Shanmuga vilas(O.P) for better taste and Cx response

The products are too good. The bread quality is so good. Their no other bakery in CHIDAMBARAM giving this level quality in bread and cakes. Thanks for providing the best food products. But I am getting little disappointed that one side of the bread is over cooked and that is hidden by the printed side of the wrapping cover. Please don't do these kind of things. Hope this is the issue from the staffs. Also the approach of billing staffs to customers are arrogant. In front of customers they are scolding the other staffs and sometimes they speak their own stories in shop while serving. Hope the management take is as a positive feedback and improve your approach to the customers Thank you
