A beautiful place to find zen and peace, thimmappa temple is well maintained by the locals, and the temple is open to public from 8am to 2pm only on Saturdays and Sundays. Other than the temple it's a beautiful place to treck and it's just 60mins from Mysore nice road toll gate. As the location is controlled by forest department the locations gates open to the public from morning 6am to 5pm every day.
My favorite thing to visit often! Avoid weekends for the peaceful and less crowded...
