Great food served fresh and hot. One can have jowar roti meal or chapati meal. The meal comes with a green salad. A low carb protein rich meal if you skip the rice especially if you are driving. Serving fresh food is the ambience, so don't expect the sky. Water is served in small pots to drink. Mineral water is also available.
