Peaceful place with water food and a divine temple Serenity
The place is very calm and quiet. Feels peaceful. There are lot of vendors selling fruits, sweet corns and other snacks. Nice place to visit in monsoon. Balaram temple has natural spring of water that flows 24/7 throughout the year, which is a special attraction of this place.
Temple atmosphere is good but it's too dirty around the passage.
Visit once at least during the holy month of Savan/ Shravan. Constant abhiskek on Shivling from Gaumukh. Can go inside and do jalabhishek. Cleanliness needs to be improved.
It's a Hindu temple of lord Shiva, naturally environment at the bank of river, also there is resort for families.....
it was an awesome place to visit during the monsoon season. we went there with family. recaptcha many great images in the green landscape behind the temple. water was flowing from the dam with high velocity. it was a great view. for one day picnic it is a great place. just having refreshments brought from our home with the tea at the tea stall beside the flowing water was a great experience.
