Basically he waited for the case to get worse and then start expensive treatment. We showed him past 4 days reports of decreasing platelets with drop of 50k each day but he said no treatment is required. Worst of the worst services. I wanted to give 0 star becuse they dont deserve anything at all. They don't value patients time. Dr Neha Kneja not attending patients because there are only handful of patients in OPD. They wait to build some more crowd. Patients wait for hours while doctors are not available in the clinic. I waited for 2 hours for a 5min consultation. And My no.was 1st in queue. They mentioned that it will take only 10min because doctor is on lunch break. They charge opd at reception and make us to wait as long as they want without valuing others time. No one bothers to inform patients about the reason for that looooong delay that has caused so much of discomfort to the patients. They are not apologetic for there actions too. Money minting machines without any empathy.

Very good hospital in Kurukshetra all doctors and staff good

My experience has been totally awesome. The services have been very nice, everyone from the housekeeping to the nursing staff has been very kind and helpful. Dr. Neha khaneja and her team are amazing and give a lot of confidence and have a very positive attitude . The hospital on a whole has a good environment and its very clean. Canteen services was too good. Dietician Srishti Goyal was really cooperative. Overall good experience, the treatment was good and very helpful staff. We are fully satisfied with the services rendered to the patient.

Very skilled staff and exceptional facilities. I had my child delivered here. Dr. Neha's behavior is quite assuring and supportive. Her calm nature and skills are commendable.

My mother has been admitted there for 1 month in ICU. She had heart attack and they put her on ventilator. She was recovering from ventilator after 10 days she got ventilator off and she survived without ventilator for three days. Suddenly she got sizers non stoping and they found in report my mother's blood got too much thin in INR test Iner was above 10. It supposed to be less than 1.1. as she had heart attack they were giving her injection that used to be blood thinner or heart attack pateint. And the asked me to get plasmas and blood to get it normal but in mean that time mom has lost too many brain cell and it wasn't possible to recover it. She died after few days. When I asked to Dr anurag why you didn't get the test done earlier or before if you were giving her that injection, he said we didn't think it was necessary. I think private hospitalas are here to make money not to save lives. That was my experience from this hospital..now it's all upto you guys you are still going there or want to choose other hospital.
