Shreeyog Resort Dandeli - Resort hotel in Dandeli, Ambewadi - Uttara Kannada, India

The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff helped us a lot with regards to recommendations for various tourist spots to visit, repairing the broken AC in the room at earliest, as well as timely maintenance. The ambience of this resort and it's location is perfectly situated such that we get premium experience for a moderate price. The food over here is decent, despite the lack of variety it is clean and hygienic. Especially, the pool is something they have developed very well.

Very nice place with multiple facilities for playing with the entire family. Had Lotta fun here too. Swimming pool was good. There were insects in the common area and balcony but that comes with nature.

This was one of the best resort till now I have gone. Rooms were neat. Food was good. Staff are really polite. They took care of everything from the time we enter the resort to check out. Awesome place to visit.

Rooms are beautiful, property is well maintained. Food was mostly good and cost effective. Service can be improved , lot of staff seems to be new , for every info they need to call the owner. Within properly activities needs to be better maintained like camp fire etc.

This Hotel is FABULOUS!! The rooms, food, service, hospitality are all praiseworthy.The staff was also very helpful. We enjoyed our stay at this Resort a lot! I would highly recommend this Hotel to you all. Thanks a lot Shreeyog Resort Dandeli.

I seriously doubt how this place got a 4+ star rating on Google. We paid 5500 for a deluxe room, which was not worth it at all. I felt like I was staying in a hostel with a lot of restrictions. Every request we made was met with a response of "not allowed." While I understand that every hotel has its own policies and we respect that, can you believe that the restaurant staff rejected my request to keep Coca-Cola in the refrigerator? I had to argue with them just to get it done. Everything that could go wrong went wrong: 1. The room was not clean; it was full of webs and dust. 2. I had to request a bucket for the washroom and wait for 15-20 minutes to get one. This should have been provided without me having to ask for it; it's a basic amenity. 3. Even though food was included in the price, we had to wait 30 minutes just to get a cup of tea. 4. If you order anything that's not on the menu, it takes at least an hour, which was not communicated when we placed the order. For example, we ordered a starter, but by the time it was served, we were already having dessert. Furthermore, it was excessively salty, making it inedible. 5. The swimming pool was not operational at all, but we were charged the full amount. 6. We experienced water logging in the restrooms, and the staff suggested that we wait for the water to drain by itself. 7. The hand-wash area in the restaurant was not cleaned at all. 8. The water from the tap was thin. You can see it in the video. Even after turning on both the hot and cold water taps, the water remained thin. 9. We were told that we couldn't consume alcohol on the premises, which we understood and refrained from doing. However, to our surprise, we noticed other guests consuming alcohol during dinner time. When I inquired about this, they informed me that they allow alcohol consumption upon request. They instructed us to request permission at the reception, and only if approved, could we consume alcohol. Seriously, is this the policy? If you have a choice, I strongly advise against staying here. I could have chosen other options, but I was swayed by the reviews.

Rooms were good. Staff is helpful. Cleanliness in bathroom can be improved. Toiletries didn't include dental kit. Restaurant doesn't give room service. Also options are less for kids, no fruits were available. Games amenities are well maintained like Snooker pool, Badminton, Cycling, TT, Carrom. Swimming pool water for adults was not so clean.

Amazingly beautiful experience here. New construction, well maintained, very hospitable staff. Quality food. And the best of all - feel like home comfort. Enjoyed every minute of the stay. Owner Shreesha Rao is a good host. Personally vested into taking care of his guests. Very friendly person. Thanks to the team for their care.
