I have joimed since Aprul 2022. shrirang sir being phyaiotherapist..emphasis fitness with correct posture. Before joining i had knee pain in one of my knee and i surrendered my self that i would not be able to perform any strength or squates in my life. But sir's guidance and with use of correct posture i am able to do. My knee pain has also gone. It improved my self confidence too. Sir keep the whole atmosphere very sporty. Because of this we all enjoy doing fitness here. It is like a personal taining. Eventhough all exercises are in group sir keeps eye on each of us and correct us when we do it wrong. Thank ypu SFS team for making me fit and reviving confidence in me.
